Are acts of service an option?
Material things, a new wig, home extension + full reno or demolition and all new construction and custom designed landscaping with new grass and nice privacy bushes close enough in back to also serve as a fence and fencing to finish off making the backyard safe to let young kids out without worrying they'll wonder off s soon s you turn your back.
We now have basic ugly fencing in the back. It's a bracha but an eye sore at the same time
