Hi, Has anyone evvvver tried this diet?
I would like to know if anyone knows anyone who actually did it and succeeded?
It's a body specific approach by Vince Saint...
Take this quiz: https://vshred.com/sp/survey/s.....w_wcB
you get your "body type" and a long convincing very geeky explanation what your body needs.
He explained exactly my body type "edomorph" why my body stores fat where it does and 3 tricks to undo it....Like carb confusion...It doesnt sound fake. Im actually inspired...butttttt
Obviously, like all things earth side youll have many reviews online yelling its just good marketing. But Im trying my luck to hear if theres any of you that did try it and succeeded

My husband did it. It needed a little tweaking because of kashrus issues. He did lose weight. 2 points though. #1. you are hungry. Cutting calories like that will make you hungry no matter what he says. 2. His workouts are awesome! but also really really tough. I'd say the workouts are intermediate to advanced level.
It's definitely worth a try. Good Luck

Endomorph just means a person with excess adipose tissue
Ectomorph is a thin person

DH asked me to check if it’s a scam.
I mean, most every diet works! If you work it!

Wish someone with results would come in on this. It really does sound promising and real scientifically
