My poor baby has an awful case of reflux and spends the night crying in agony. We’ve tried keeping her upright and meds but nothing provides more than temporary short term relief. We’ve both been extremely sleep deprived.
I noticed two nights ago when I accidentally fell asleep with her on my chest that she sleeps more easily that way in spite of her reflux. She seems more kvetchy than crying in pain as well.
Is there any way of cosleeping that’s considered safer? I’m desperate at this point and will do anything that provides her with some relief and me with a bit of sleep
