I have a kilo of chopped meat.
I have alot of cooked potatoes.
I was planning on making sheperd's pie for lunch on YT and I suddenly remembered that I don't have a fleishig oven!

My husband doesn't like tomato sauce. We do have fresh garlic, salt and pepper.
What on earth can I make with chopped meat and potatoes with maybe only a drop of tomato sauce on the stovetop?

HELP!

You can skip the matzah meal if you don't use it. Add potato starch instead to the potato mixture. Season with whatever you like.

Make meatballs. (I put in eggs,onions,paprika,pepper,garlic ,salt and grated potatoes) your usual recipe.
Fry onions add meatballs. Add water, spices and a drop of potato starch to thicken sauce. Delicious!!

Make chopped meat crepes either egg and potatoes starch then fry them after to get crispy. Yum

Browned meatballs (mix with garlic, salt & pepper, egg, and some mashed potatoes as binder).
Serve alongside creamy masher potatoes.
