Yes, it's more for older, curious kids. Says it in the tagline: For kids and teens who want to know it all. Very fact-based, interesting content, lots of news and some fun stuff thrown in, too.
My kids love it too.

I heard from this site that some people are not to happy with the way the Circle runs things. Some people where saying that it's because they have no competition.
Do you think the Buzz will be competition or it's for a different age group.

It's geared towards an older age group but there will definitely be some overlap.

Lol I would never describe my kids as brainy and they really like it. It's for kids who actually like to read and want to know everything, including the news.

My kids are older and said the circle is way better. We only tried one but will get it a few more times to see what they decide.

I guess it depends what your kids like to read as both mags have very different kind of content. Each are amazing in their own way.

My kids happen to be enthralled by The Buzz and heard the same from some of their friends. To each their own. If anyone is curious, you can email them at office@buzzmag.org for a sample back copy and see for yourself. No charge if it's in pdf form. That's what I did.
