Can someone please be so kind to post it? I left it somewhere and want to make it. It was in the magazine last week.

This is from the 'what's cooking' by mishpacha staff 2 weeks ago
8 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 cup ground walnuts
1 3/4 cups oil
1 3/4 cups potato starch
ground almonds for sprinkling (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 (175c)
Beat eggs for 8-10 min, until stiff peaks form. Reduce speed. add sugar and rest of ingredients and mix. pour into muffin tins. bake for 20min
