Where do you live? I find on redfin a lot of houses have a floor plan available. You can get a good idea that way.

Most frum builders have a few standard plans.

You might be better off having someone make you a custom plan.

Thank you! Right now I need plans to show a builder just an idea. For different reasons its not a frum builder as of now as its cheaper to go through this builder for now.
Anyone have any basic layouts good for frum homes they could share? Thank you so much!!

What does a frum layout mean? What about the layout of a house would be frum?

Try Creative homeowner
Ultimate book of Modern Farmhouse Plans
page 158
plan #f11-172D-0008

This is good if you are just trying to show what you want, you can find the books in the public library or Lowe's.
It only shows layout not the whole plan.

It really depends…
Are you referring to a 2 floor plus basement and attic kind of plan?
Attached, semi, or stand alone?
Garage or not?

Many developments in Lakewood have their plans on their website….probably not with all the details but you’ll get the gist of it.

Most homes have a foyer, and hallway with dinging room, living room on one side- walk in coat closet, seforim room, bathroom, and steps on the other side….
The back is usually kitchen dinette connected to playroom( pesach kitchen.)

Upstairs 4-5 bedrooms, 3 baths and laundry…
Attic 2 more rooms with bath…

Thank you so much! Do you know of any development names so I can look on their websites for layouts? I'm from our of town.

I have been in the Northfield Drive Lakewood homes and I loved the layout, does anyone happen to have that layout they would be willing to share?

Thank you so much for all your kind help!

Northfield houses are basically the typical duplex layout. Most (all) duplexes in Lakewood look like that...

I have no idea what frum layout means but I have a large kitchen and dining room, a den/small room for playing off the kitchen, large formal living room. Half bath on the first floor. Lots of built in cabinetry.

4 bedrooms on the second floor with 1 full bath for the family and a full bath for the master bedroom. Also built in desk in the master bedroom and the larger child room.
Attic another bedroom and full bath. Would like to put another room up there when I have the money iyh.

Basement home office and larger playroom. Laundry- I love it in the basement bc I have tons of table space to fold and tons of space to have dry. Ultimately want to put a mini kitchen for pesach and a guest suite in the basement. Have 4 unfurnished rooms down there.
