So I grew knowing the direct line that we trace to Rav Meir Premishlaner. Well, I just saw this thread and googled him and apparently he traced his yichus back to Hillel. What a yichus! I never slept on a roof covered in snow to learn Torah but I did used to sneak read books under my cover when I was supposed to be asleep at night. Does that count? And... any cousins from Hillel on here?
