I need some inspiration! I get stuck on making the same things all the time.
My family hates chicken so that’s off the table (no pun intended) and we tend to eat roast. What food do you like to serve for sedarim and the rest? Please share!

Pepper steak (with coconut aminos replacing soy sauce) over riced or roasted cauliflower, or spaghetti squash.
Meatballs.

Which brand coconut aminos is good for pesach, and does it need to have a separate passover certification or is the regular hechsher enough?
