Has anyone been through this and can help me with what I need to do?
My child was part of OPWDD, and we have disenrolled. However, since we were getting a medicaid waiver for her, I was no longer her authorized representative. That didn't change when we disenrolled her.
I need to call up the insurance on her behalf, and they're not allowing me to make changes since I'm not her authorized representative.
Does anyone know how to remove the medicaid waiver and reauthorize myself as her representative?
Thanks.

I don't know the answer to you question, but I wonder if you could get her power of attorney (which you probably should have anyway, assuming she is 18+ and able to give power of attorney) and then use that to make the insurance changes you need.
You can call the Disability Rights NY (800) 993-8982 and ask if you need more help.

Did you do it through an insurance broker?
If yes, try contacting your broker.

I forgot to mention she is a minor, under 18.

No, I did it through an agency, who are not being too helpful.

Sorry I don't know the answer but I have found yahalom to be very helpful for these types of questions. And if they don't know they have resources they can reach out to.
