I have not used her. I know her personally and she's a very talented cook with lots of yiras shamayim, and a pleasure to deal with in general. I can ask her for references if you'd like.

can you give me more details on the order , please? was the food sizes accurate , like if it says enough for 6 people would that be enough for 2 adults and 6 kids ? did u order up or down. it's hard to guess

I ordered generously and had more than enough but I think it depends on how much your family eats. I counted each child as a person but they aren’t big eaters. We did have an adult join us last minute for the entire yomtov. I hadn’t ordered for him and we still had plenty.

The only thing I could have used more of was potato kugel but that is something that all my kids really go for even if they don’t eat anything else.

The pan sizes were not the typical American so hard to describe, plus this was a few years ago so don’t remember exactly. I seem to recall that the meats - for 6 ppl - were in a pan around half the size of a 9x13/5 lb. The kugels were in loaf pans - those weren’t as generous as the meats.

You can most likely ask her about quantities. She was a pleasure to deal with.
