Pre-school- lesson plan or no

If you have a preschool class, do you have concrete official lesson plans that you make in advance, or are you more go with the flow and have a general idea but not concrete? Do you do projects every day? Or do you have set days for different things, like monday is cooking day, tuesday is: alef bais day, wednesday is color day, thursday is blah blah, and friday is shabbos party?
Do you have a set schedule you try to stick to?
Can you give me ideas of a rough schedule to do with the kids?
I have gan from 8:00-1:00.
In that time, I want to have davening, free play, circle time, dancing and singing, outdoor play, projects, in addition to eating aruchat eser at 10 am, and a fruit at noon. Can you give me a rough idea for an approximate schedule?

I teach a 3 year old class, and yes I do have to hand in my lesson plans once a week. It actually helps you structure your whole week.
Here is an idea of our daily schedule
8:15 9:30 Centers, we work on the kids project in the art center.
9:30- 9:40 clean up, set up circle time
9:45 to 10:15 small circle time Davening
10:15-10:35 Snack time
10:35-11:00 P.E, Music, Library, Storytime
11:00-11:40 Playground
11:40-12:00 Science, movement..
12:00-12:40 lunch time, Bentching
12:40-1:00 Centers
1:00-1:45 Nap time

I teach 4's. The lesson plan I turn in is not divided by day but by subject: math, science, language/literacy, art/fine motor, movement/gross motor. This way my boss (to whom I turn in my weekly plans) knows exactly what I plan to do but I have the flexibility to let one activity flow into the next.

I do 3 yr olds I never managed to have a concrete plan for the week but I decided on the subjests I want to cover and according to that I work I devide my art and crafts between days friday is reserved for free p[lay and shabbos party thats it! we start the dat at about 9:30-10:00 depends when the bus arrives we have fruit then freeplay we take out different toys and games usually I do the art 1 on 1 at a table then we clean up and have circle time exersize davening then at 12-12:30 we have lunch until about 1:00 then we have story time we have a game or a classtime art or stencil, or gym... then at 1:45 its snack time and getting ready to go home at 2:10 they go on the busses.

Torah Umesorah has some good materials. You can request a catalog from them. E-chinuch has a bunch online (and free!).

They have a (very brief) website at: http://www.torah-umesorah.com/

The contact info is there, but not much else. On the "contact us" page you can just fill in your info and request a catalog.

They have at least a couple of curriculum outlines for preschool (if I remember they cost around $25). I would say there are some that are just as good on chinuch for free here: http://www.chinuch.org
