I’m a school based speech therapist most don’t give ,depends on the school ,I found when I worked in chasidish schools I received the most 😄 chocolates babkas ,cash , a book , home decor ..

As a SEIT, most gave mm with a thank you,
A tip or small gift.
It is appreciated but I understand that for parents with big families, bh, this adds up to a financial burden.
So many families are struggling financially, don't take it personally.
