Chocolate mousse:
3 oz good quality dark/baking chocolate (very important to use good quality)
3 eggs, separated
3 tsp alcohol
3 oz whip
Melt chocolate, add egg yolks.
Beat egg whites and whip (separately)
Mix altogether and add alcohol
Pour into cups and chill.
Enjoy!

I sometimes use Cointreau (orange liqueur) as I love the chocolate orange combination. Sometimes 96% alcohol if I have that. I think anything that the flavour would work together with chocolate is ok so chocolate or coffee liqueur should also be good.
