I was just organising my pantry, and trying to use things up before Pesach. What can I make with these 2 ingredients? I have lettuce as well. Thanks.
Oh and I have a can of corn as well.

If you Google, there are lots of recipes for chickpea and olive chummus/dip/spread/patê.

Chickpeas + salt + black pepper = arbes!
Sliced black olives: top off a nice salad, and leave out any salt in your dressing. Mix with cream cheese. Eat plain. Yummmm

I’d do lettuce , diced sweet red pepper, black olives , chickpeas and diced purple onion with a vinaigrette.
I would add crumbled feta cheese if serving for a non fleishig meal
Something like this :
Vinegar/ Lemon Juice
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Dried basil (you can omit)
Salt
Pepper

Thanks. I've already made my salmon for this week. I'll just throw it altogether, and season it. I'm not very good at making salads 😅 but hopefully can't
go too wrong.
