Lego brick candy.
They used to have tools filled with candy idk if they still do.
I once saw chocolate in shape of tools
Thin pretzels for nails
Sour belt for tape measure
Octagon shaped crackers for bolts
Chocolate pebble stones

You can pack mm in an overturned thin plastic construction hat or in an overturned small orange cone

I did this theme one year was adorable, I did choc cupcakes and had a toothpick in that said dig in. Candy corn, choc milk with a label that said muddy milk. Can’t remember what else can send a pic
