How much coleslaw and cucumber salads for 70 people?
I was thinking 5 pounds coleslaw 4 pounds cucumber salad.

How many tables are you having?
I'd do a 16 oz shredded cabbage bag per table with some extra.
And 2 lbs cucumbers per table.

I think it's ok to have about a lb of each on each table if you are serving a whole meal.
