So, my children go to school in the town over from where we live, but the district we live in gives money to the school for services for the students who live in their town but go to school in the next town. The school wants to use some of this money to help pay for extra support for me daughter. It is under the Title 1 bucket of funds. Now, the part I am a little weirded out about is that the school said they will pay 90% for a title 1 teacher from this bucket, but we have to pay the other 10%. Is it even allowed to have the parents pay for a govt funded service?
