We are 'ultra chassidish' and my boys 5-6 want to dress up as Litvish.

Any ideas?

Can I get the hat the men are wearing in kids version?

Sure. You can get any hat online and it will all pass. What else besides the hat?

Cute! Google kids black fedora.

I really can't think of much that would go into a costume though.. I guess jacket and tie?

I once saw a boy cute. Half litvish, half chassidish.

One side of head shaven on triple zero, one side longer. One side peyos down one side behind ear.

One side white shirt, suit vest, wool talis kuton. One side t-shirt, colored pants. One foot shoe One foot sneaket.

It was cut in half and seamed together in center. So right side one way, left side another way

A tie? Also, this is not a costume idea but if you are into matching mishloach manos to your theme make sure to note that the food is yoshon.
