The smartest thing that people do these days is send the preserved roses in a marble or similar vase. They are so much more practical than sending flowers that will go straight to the garbage right after shabbos!
Instead the kallah gets a stunning centerpiece that lasts for years. and it actually is real roses so not like you are giving fake looking flowers.
Not sure where you can get them in Monsey but there are many places that will ship it nicely.
If you are sending a gift for shabbos besides for the flowers you can have it all wrapped up together.

I just used them this past shabbos to send someone flowers in monsey. They say it was beautiful. I didnt see it
