Baby isn't quite sleeping through the night yet, but I don't feel like changing her at 2 AM, just nurse and back to bed.
Last night, we decided to size up to the next size, since she's almost out of her current size, and I know it can help sometimes with holding more, but this morning she woke up all wet.
For those whose babies do sleep through the night, what do you do for diapers so they're not all wet in the morning?

Just looked online and the smallest overnight size they have is 3. She's almost a 2.
Do you put the pads inside the diaper or on the mattress? I'd prefer inside the diaper so I don't have to change her clothes either.

Could be the diaper was too loose on her and it leaked.

Most kids aren't sleeping through the night at size 2 to need overnight diapers...
I just use brand name pampers overnight at that size instead of my usual target diapers
Sposie goes inside.

You do know that being dirty and uncomfortable might make baby wake up, right?

If you are waking in the night to nurse/feed, just change the baby first.
I know thats nust what I have to do until they fit in the overnight diapers.
Also what brand are you using?

You have to be a certain weight to even sleep train baby and I doubt that size baby still fits into anything under size 3.
For reference, my baby is 2 months old, 11 lbs and plotzing out of size 2. I’m still pushing it bec I bought a huge case lol.
Fwiw, when baby was still in sz 1 and tended to have explosive poops, I would put a size 5 diaper over the 1 when leaving the house.
(Of course baby did not poop those times! Only when they wear the cutest stretchy and you don’t have when/where to change baby to they poop, especially explosive poop!)
