Sorry not sure which topic this should go under but wanted to learn a book that is split into lesson a day in zechus for a friend of ours to be blessed with children. Anyone have any suggestions on any great interesting books? Any topic can work for us. Thank you so much!

Sefer Hachinuch. Could do one mitzva per day.
If the whole thing is too much, you could do just the mitzvos in certain parshas, perhaps picking ones associated with dates that are significant to your friend.

Rav Schwab on Prayer is a popular choice.
I haven't learned it myself, so can't speak to the experience.
