Look into low fodmap diet. Gastro would very possibly recommend that. You can google it. I have a friend who has had great success with it. Very challenging at first - you need to eliminate a lot of things, but the next step (not sure after how long) is reintroducing things gradually. Each person will find that different high fodmap foods are triggering. Worth looking into. Lots of YouTube videos about it.

I want to avoid doing that, way too hard at this stage in my life (lots of little kids including twins). Looking for natural person who can tell me what to avoid specifically

Take a SIBO test. Once you know it’s SIBO you can try to deal with it.

How do drs test for sibo? Colonscopy?

No colonoscopy. It’s a breathe test. Very simple and painless. Good luck!
