I agree! Best thing I did was get off social. I was so addicted. If you’re not yet into it run! Don’t get stuck cause u will be on ur phone so much more

Ya I was gna write that as well. Now I was introduced to imamother and have to limit myself as well. But still having to read and focus vs having some stories running in the background is diff. At least Imamother can be helpful for q u wana ask but don’t feel comf asking ppl irl. Everything in moderation like everything else in life
