My DH bought a shabbos suit for Sukkos.
First time buying from a more expensive suit store so that it will last more than 9 months.
We took it to the dry cleaners and got it back looking like it is 10 years old. it had a specific shine that is gone. it looks like half the material has shrunk so the fabric is pulling near the seams. It just looks terrible.
His weekday jacket that is cheaper and older and his old suit looks way better.
Do we complain to the store or dry-cleaner?
point to note, we are in israel and customer service isnt really a thing.
How can we stop them both blaming each other?
