Is he in daycare? Or has older siblings? This time of year there's so much stuff going around...
It's possible that's a sign of a dairy allergy though but I wouldn't switch formulas without checking with his ped first.

It's normal, especially for formula fed babies, because they don't get the antibodies from Mom.
I recommend a gentle use of Nosa Frida to clear his nose

My baby with allergies had a constantly running/stuffy nose (and other symptom) The runny nose went away when the allergen was removed from his diet

My baby's ebf and has the same thing. It's just the time of year plus other people in the house bringing home germs. Refuah shelaimah
