It’s the brand imperial, says 48 percent vegetable oil. Comes 4 sticks in a box. I’ll be using it for baking.

No it does not work the same as Fleishman's or Mehadrin.

I have never noticed a difference in using different brands, as long as it’s pareve

It's not the same. It definitely has an interesting taste, and I think maybe texture too. I tried it in a mousse recipe, it tasted different, almost off.
