You would be doing me a big chesed if you would help me find or post here English translations of these letters! I had an interpretation from my Rabbi, but I would like to have a written direct translation to look at in detail. TIA❤️

I can try but can’t promise it will be perfect:
BH 16 Kislev 5717

Greetings and blessings,
After a long break your letter was received in which you outline your participation in the activities for the bright (special) day of yud tes kislev; the day of our redemption and the redemption of our souls, and may it be His will (Hashem’s) that this the be the start of expanded activities both in quantity and quality, and automatically this will increase the will to write (to the Rebbe), because these types of news bring the soul joy and pleasure, and with the writing (of these updates to the Rebbe) you fulfill the mitzva to love your fellow Jew as yourself, and may it be His will that you shouldn’t suffice with this but rather influence all those in your sphere of influence that they should also act in the above mentioned way. And like the lesson from Chanuka that we add another candle of light from pure oil starting from sunset at the entrance of his house to the outside.
With blessings,
The Rebbe’a secretary in the name of the Rebbe
Again anyone more knowledgeable feel free to make any corrections. I’ll continue later tonight iyH if no one else did first.
The parenthesis are my own additions just trying to make sure it’s clear, they aren’t in the letter.

Greetings and blessings!
In answer to your question, that your wife is currently a teacher in the independent (religious) education system, and if you settle in the holy city of Yerushalayim would it be a good idea to switch to teaching in a religious school of the state (public).
In accordance with the words of the Mishna about the holiness of Yerushalayim above the rest of the land it doesn’t seem to me a good idea to do the opposite of that to switch from working in the field of education with fear of heaven to go to a field of education with (a lack of? Its hard to see what that word says) the trait of fear of heaven, and since the education of youth can have an effect on their whole lives, and its impossible to assume in advance which idea will be engraved in their memory more vs what can be given up on, and ________ (I think it means its easy to understand but not sure). And the one who provides sustenance and livelihood to all and watches over every single person with divine providence will definitely find a way for you to utilize your talents in a way that doesn’t detract from concepts of fear of heaven , and its good to add to them as much as possible.
Waiting for good news,
