B"H Dr. Nudman was the right shliach for us. Yes, he's expensive, but I felt like it was money well-spent for a professional opinion... And no, I don't live in Lakewood, but I traveled over 2 hours to see him. I hope IYH to do next visit over Zoom.

How is his bedside manners?

We personally didn’t find him worth the huge expense. Nothing bad just didn’t feel like it was worthy the huge expense.

Did you end up switching to someone else?

I would like to try a frum one, but how can I find out which one you were burned by?

Yes, she is excellent and yes, they take insurance! Chemed has several excellent providers.

Does chemed make you see their therapist to see Tzippy? Does she have openings?
A lot of good people have waiting lists or aren't taking new patients and sometimes clinics make you see their therapist if you'll use their prescriber.

I don’t think Tzippy is in chemed. Does anyone know how much she charges?

I’m seeing dr kelley in chemed and I had a very hard time getting in to the psychiatric dept in chemed. They are not accepting new patients.

Does anyone on this chat know if dr. Kelley is competent and if Dr. Tal Weinberger is better?

Laura ( Leah) Kelley is a nurse practitioner. Dr. Weinberger is a doctor.
Chemed's website shows most of the providers and credentials.

Excuse my ignorance
Would that make a difference in experience or quality of care?

I know pediatric NP can be very good.

Doctors receive much more training than nurse practitioners so they are not the same. It's a fact.
Does it happen that sometimes a NP can be better than a doctor? Sure.
