Yes
You join a group - 1x week sessions for 12 weeks.
You weigh in every week.
Starts out very restrictive but eventually she adds in more food.
Lots and lots of salads, protein.
Many women in my group lost 20+lbs in the 3 months we did it

She says it shouldn’t be looked at as a diet, rather like a lifestyle. In theory it’s nice - but as a Frum person it’s very hard to keep up. If you really are a disciplined person you probably could keep it going long term. She’s very into eating enough food (she says most people don’t eat enough protein etc and leaves them hungry later), eat snacks and meals at same time every day, one light protein a day and one heavy protein a day… not into sugar, salt etc

Nothing you haven’t heard of

The weight watchers style is nice because you’re part of a group / have that support so helps to get into it

She has continuation groups so you don’t only have to do for 12 weeks

It’s just very expensive
I found the food to get boring and repetitive (I’m
Not creative with food so maybe that’s why)

How old were the women in your group? So hard for me to lose weight, wondering if age plays a factor. Does the continuation groups cost the same?

Most of the women were in their 50-60s
A few of us were younger
I believe continuation cost is same
Back then it was under $500 but now I think it’s a little over for the 12 weeks

Also she gives weekly guides and menus
