Best of kosher. Much more variety and she can see which style she likes.

She should learn how to cook properly first. So best of kosher. She can get dinner done later when she has a few little ones and needs shortcuts.

Why only those two?
I'd give Miriam Pascal Cohen's books: Real life kosher cooking or More real life kosher cooking. Those are my favorite.

I had both as a kallah, I say dinner done. It's simpler while still elegant.

Best of kosher is the perfect kallah cookbook. She can learn different styles and all the recipes are well loved classics that taste delicious.
Dinner done is when your looking for shortcuts not looking to learn or have fun cooking.

I also say best of kosher. I have both and use that one more often. The recipes are basic enough you don’t need to be an experience chef to make them.

Dinner done is a lot of jarred shortcuts, and yes it's great as a mom with not a lot of time. But a newlywed should be focusing on understanding basic recipes, not trying to shortcut them.
Of those two options, I would say best of kosher. I personally love my table for two cookbook and would recommend it for a kallah.

I don’t love best of kosher. I think dinner done also is better for a mother who knows already how to cook properly. The beis yaakov cookbook imo is perfect. It has all the tips and explanations of different things to use in the kitchen and for that purpose etc.

Dinner done is really for ideas when you have no time
A kallah should learn to cook properly
Get her dinner done when she has 3 little kids and may feel overwhelmed

I loved Dinner Done as a newlywed. It saved my sanity. I was in graduate school and working and so overwhelmed with all of my new housekeeping responsibilities. That being said, I knew how to cook before I got married. I wasn’t a major cook but I definitely helped my mother out a lot. Right now, I am really enjoying Best of Kosher. My life has gotten a lot busier thank G-d, but I have figured out how to manage my time better without getting so overwhelmed.

I was going to recommend the BY cookbook too. The recipes are great. The only problem is, many of the recipes have a large yield. As a newlywed, I didn’t have enough people to eat all that food or freezer space to store it.

Everyone is just assuming that a newlywed has plenty of time on her hands. When I was a newlywed I was lucky if I had time for a dinner done recipe.

Ao I don't know Best of Kosher tbh
Dinner done if kallah is in graduate school or has a demanding career
Table for 2 if kallah has more time and wants basic recipes that are easy and yummy
BY cookbook- Wants combination of basic and more complex recipes with more of a variety
