I am a recruiter I work in an office but I could definitely do it from home. My friend is a marketing director for a big company she works fully remote.
My father sells insurance and works from home. Has not had an office in close to a decade.

How does an attorney work remotely? I don't mean only the office, don't you have to attend court every once in a while?

Not all attorneys go to court and a lot is on web platforms like zoom or webex now.

One of my relatives is a real estate attorney. He sees clients in his home office and rarely if ever has to go to court. He just files paperwork and writes contracts.
