Look for lowest sugar content.

Milk is better than soy.

There are CY milk formulas.

Materna is popular in my city

Breastmilk also has high sugar content (I've tasted, it's like melted ice cream).

I think you're not allowed to have breast milk as an adult

You can, just not directly from the source.

Breastmilk is kosher and pareve.
It should not be drunk from the source directly. That would be Baal tishaktzu.

Poor op.

She wants to know about a healthy formula. She couldn’t care less why you would wanna taste breast milk.

I wish there was an organic Cholov Yisroel option in the US. Unless there is and I don’t know about it?

we used babies only- organic CY formula. Don’t know if it’s still around though. My daughter is 6- so it’s been a while.

ETA- just did a search on their site, looks like they don’t produce the one we used in the past. It even had a heimish kashrus hashgacha on it.

Kendamil organic is what I used. It was easy to find where I live (Walmart and target), economical, and I really liked the ingredients.
