Chodesh Tov.. Thanks so much 😌the rice vermicelli is from tbe box from goodmans and the chicken is on the bone it’s ketchup, mayonnaise, apricot preserves, onion soup mix and mix all together and dip the chicken in and bake it at 350 degrees until it’s ready- at least an hour. And if you want a nice glaze- don’t cover it, it will e still e very moist 😍

I’m trying the dinner done recipe for a 9x13 meat sauce pasta. Hope it comes out good! It was so easy to put together.

I made a chili-roni type of dish yesterday that went over really well! Brown beef, add diced onion and mushrooms, tomato sauce/diced tomatoes, chili powder, raw elbow pasta
Easy and good
Tonight: zucchini soup and crispy onion fish, with either roasted potatoes or French fries (if I don't get to the potatoes...)

didn't decide if I will do it over french fries & all the toppings or maybe with gnoochi
some kind of chicken for the kiddies
maybe a veggie soup too

Sweet chili chicken for DH. No side dishes since he doesn't like
Perhaps grilled chicken wings and brown rice for kids if dont want above.

Do you have measurements for chicken or more equal amounts?
Do you also think I can leave out the mayo?

I'm home sick in bed and DH is at the rally with our older kids, so dinner tonight is going to be noodles with sauce and cheese. If I feel up to it I may cut up some veggies.
