this kallah is basicly financially broke!! no $$ for deposits for basic needs!!

There is a gemach called Ten Yad that sets a Kallah up with household necessities. There is Yad Rifkie L'kallah that helps with shaitlach. There are myriads of gown gemachs. Try to get a hold of a HAKHEL gemach list.
