Don’t feel bad. It’s chol Hamoed. She told her DH she’ll do it today and HE should stay home with the kids.

Like the Rebbe who showed up to work during a snowstorm. People asked him why he went to yeshiva in the snowstorm, only 6 students showed up. He said: well at home I have 12 kids home today so easier this way.
