Anyone know why I can’t completely view my contacts profile pictures?

It’s part of the mew ios update. Every profile pic is blurry, each person has to change their own, which is an easy fix (google tells you how).

Nope. You can only make your own contact picture clear, you can't do anyone else's. You can in theory tell your contacts about the issue and tell them how to fix it.
