Went last time in April. So ready for my next one. In fact, Google flights tab is open on my computer for a few days now. Good sign! I try to go for 2 to 3 nights.

as a teen I struggled with low self esteem
working on it was a challenge, until I heard from a speaker that self talk is very effective. And it was! I kept telling myself (especially before Going out to social events) I am beautiful, I am strong, I am lovable (😉) and so on
I am BH in a much better place
But still a work in progress, like the rest of us
