I just found out that a distant relative is having her Bas mitzvah in a couple of weeks. Her family is reform. What are some ideas for a gift for her, possibly a Kiruv book that would be appropriate for her age or any other ideas that would be good to hopefully inspire her to grow in yiddishkeit?

How about a beautiful leather (pink or something pretty that she’ll like) artscroll Siddur with her name on it? Do with English or transliterated if she can’t read Hebrew
Don’t actively be mekarev, it’s off putting to non frum people

I wouldn’t.

Maybe maybe a Hebrew name necklace.
A girl equivalent to a Jewish sports heros book.
An Israel savings bond

Do not get her an artscroll Siddur if she is reformed they use a different siddur. Nothing is as distasteful and a turn off as pushing your addenda. Develop a relationship and then you can invite her for Shabbos.

Tea light holders or candle sticks for shabbos.

Agree 100%.
You are being invited as a guest not as a mekarev.

A beautiful necklace or bracelet or earrings is a more appropriate gift. Something she'll actually use and enjoy.

How about a gift certificate to a nearby Judaica store?

This. At most make it Jewish-themed jewelry, like a magen david necklace, or her name in Hebrew (whether her actual Hebrew name, or her English name in Hebrew letters), which she may like. Maybe add a beautiful jewelry box too, with nothing Jewish about it.

Your role here is to be the nice cousins, not the mekarvim.

I had no idea they have a different siddur. I thought it was a good idea. Or a pretty translated tehillim, I mean it's a pretty generic Jewish gift

Every branch has its own Siddur, I believe Chabad uses Tiffilat Hashem.
Does Satmer/Gur/Pupa…. All use Artscroll? Personally I like Koren.

Reformed, reconstructionist, and conservative are different ideologies, not just less than.

At most a chanukiyah, since even completely secular Jews celebrate Chanukah.
