My first reaction, honestly, was that OP had a hard day and was venting and titled the post with some random letters, (like fdgrerteafgrad) out of frustration.

I have a whole ant colony here. I wish I could arrange something like this. Any ideas? |
I just read somewhere, maybe Binah, that wherever you find ants you should sprinkle salt.
outdoors, my father used to put raw grits (able to be purchased at any regular supermarket, plain is kosher) around the anthill.

hey smartypants, isn't there something about purchasing non-kosher if you're Jewish?
besides, they're good to eat. the grits that is. maybe she'd sprinkle a little and eat the rest.

funny you should say that Clarissa. my MIL just told me that for the first time ever the mouse she currently has running around rejected the ever-popular peanut butter, cheese, cake, and everything else she tried.

She needs me. I'm really good at this. But I use live traps, so maybe they know they're not doomed if they go after the goodies.

I read it at first as Tri-pooper and did not want to know what that was about!

For the record, I was saying that something was offensive and shocking, for some reason ppl thought I wrote a racially offensive thing. I was NOT saying any such thing.

Cookielady, who on earth thought you wrote something offensive? You expressed shock, as I did, at another poster's remark. I hope nobody thinks you did anything wrong!

Me too... first I thought it said quietest... then quiltiest.... and I settled on that one for some reason. Like, "Ah, yes, quiltiest. She must make the most quilts."

All you guys must've read it on the home page where each topic is underlined, and the g and q look identical.
I read it on the forum first, so I read it proprly. But when I saw it on the home page, I had to do a double take.

I often have problems with g/q on the homepage. Maybe because it's underlined.
