Yes it stands for pick up drop off.
I give mine to the pharmacy where I give fedex packages.

I dropped it off at a Walgreens yesterday.
Just make sure that location has a FedEx dropoff.

In BP, I believe it’s somewhere on 15th ave and 44th st

There’s a shipping store next to milk crate, off 13 on 49 that accepts. I believe it costs $1 to drop off.
