I don’t know what all posters who keep saying it’s repetitive mean.
Dina keeps upping the abuse. It’s not at all repetitive.

Actually noone chats normally in this serial. I find every conversation is people talking at each other and not listening to the other person. Mimi and esti had one normal conversation and that was it I think |
Omg yes! The dialogue is so frustrating.

I've been in the hospital for several weeks, missing reading the ami and wondering what's the latest update in this story...

It seems like the writer is stuck and just trying to drag it out.

Refuah Shelaima!
For the past few weeks the same issues are rehashed. Esti is juggling work and her husband's emotions. Mimi wants Esti and husband to give in and make peace by giving money they don't have. Uncle wants to solve things by lending money for house and his name being on deed for collateral. The drama queen says no, makes her mom sue Eli in court. And they rehash and try to change things but they are all still running in circles doing the same dance with court still pending.
This week uncle called a family meeting. Esti had to interrupt a call with her boss to attend and was afraid of the repercussions. Drama queen shouted no to everything and left in a huff. Uncle said guess you have to go to bais din. Just same old with a different twist each time.

refuah sheleimah, I hope you will be home soon. Can you get somebody to buy the magazines for you each week, to give you something light to read while you are stuck there?

Ok, I'm a bit confused why the uncle thought dena would come to bais din when she's already suing her brother in court...
Just more $$$ down the drain.

Thanks for the update!
Sometimes it's hard to get other basic things like food, which I want to request first before magazines.

For those complaining it's repetitive, isn't that how real life is? Aren't our arguments with our husbands and kids same old over and over. And just generally our conversations with people, I often feel like it's just the same again and again. That's life.

And, as far as I understand, a Bais din cannot hear a case that is already in Erkaos (secular court) unless the plaintiff removes the case from Erkaos completely.
Also, where did she get her heter Erkaos from in the first place?!?

People like Dena don't need a heter.

What do you think is Eli's plan? To sell the business and give the money to Dina for the house?
