Can someone please give me a recipe for turbot or tell me how long to bake it for?

I pan fry it, it's delicious.
I heat up a little sphritz in oil medium-to-medium low, then add in slices of fresh lemon let it sit and 'cook' the oil into it for about 5 min or so (it shouldn't be hot inough to fry the oil, almost like it's cooking it.)
Then I push the lemons to the side, add turbot to the pan, put lemon slices on top and cook about 4-5 min one side. Flip the turbot, cook another 3-4 min the other side

Love turbot. Season and bake 425 15 minutes
