yambambam - is how it's called in Eretz Yisrael. I forgot how it's called in English. Made of sugar only, the sugar is mixed very fast until it turns fluffy, hairlike. Usually found at outdoors fairs, or amusement parks.
Now kindly tell me what it's called in English?

I just remembered - is it candy floss or something similar sounding?

TIA Smile

Very Happy It's not officially Shabbos cereal, that just refers to breakfast cereals that are extra sugary, which we only have on Shabbos, as I prefer the children to eat somewhat healthy, and sugar cereals are a treat. I've heard many families refer to them as Shabbos cereal!

That's so nice, a beautiful way to honour Shabbos Kodesh.
Thanks for taking the time to explain. Very Happy
