Staying away from oily foods helps some people.
I got cream and pads for my face from my dermatologist that worked great as well.

I used curology. It’s an online website that makes a formula special for your problem. You are asked a bunch of questions, post pics and have a phone meeting with one of their dermatologists. Then they create a formula for you and ship in the mail. Worked like a dream for me!! BH! I think they even offer a free trial for a month. Hatzlacha!
