here's mine:
Rich's whip (NOT whipped)
canned pineapple
canned mandarin oranges
frozen (or fresh) strawberries, sliced in half
bananas, sliced in circles
I usually make a small version of this if it's just us and use 1/2 a Rich's whip, 1 can of pineapple, 1 can of oranges, about 10 strawberries, and 1 banana. pour it all into a tupperware container, shake around to mix it up, and that's it. I usually make it the day before and just add the bananas a few hours before.
some people add coconut on the top- but I HATE coconut!

I make the same idea without the bananas, but with a few frozen raspberries thrown in. (BTW, the pineapple should be tidbits, not rings or chunks.)
