I have a guest that’s allergic to chicken…I’m planning to serve for the main course cholent, carrot muffins, eggplant with tahini, franks n blanks. I’m not sure what else? I was gonna do schnitzel before I found out that she was allergic, now I’m not sure what to replace it with that’s still kid friendly as well as there are kids at the meal as well

Make sure the franks are all beef - most are made with a mix of beef and chicken.
You can serve beef shish kebabs. Or veal shnitzel.
