So this morning I am at work and DH calls. He can't read somthing on the shopping list I wrote.
DH: What is "pupp"?
Me: I have no idea.
DH: It is written on the shopping list right under cukes.
Me: Uhm. I did not write that
In the background I can hear DD giggling.
Me: Uh oh, do you think she meant "puppy"?
Yes, DD added a puppy to the shopping list!

I love that!
We have an all-dairy home, and I once got an email, supposedly from my husband. It said:
Clarissa,
Give me meet. Or else.
love,
(my husband's name here)
*************
Obviously, sent by my six-year-old.

She is 8. Just finished 2nd grade.
funny thing is the last palce I lived before getting frum there were 4 of us living in this house and we all bought food together. Each week we all wrote on the shopping list what we wanted and we took turns shopping. So everyone only had to shop once a month. Well, one of the people in the house started putting "life partner, check in the deli section" on the shopping list every week. After about 3 weeks he met someone (he was not introduced to her by any of us) and they got serious. The week after they got engaged another one of the roommates wrote on the list "life partner, it worked for Rene" (Rene was the name of the guy who had gotten engaged.)
That was more than 15 years ago and I have never forgotten it. Of course DD does not know that story, so this was waaay funny to me that it has started a second time in my life.
