The Catskills is very full in the past few years. It’s really hard to find a bungalow or a house even for lots of $$. You can go to hotel for a week or so. If you or dh are willing to work you might find work in a camp or day camp that comes with a bungalow

If your DH is a Rebbe or certified life guard,
If you are a life guard,
If you and/or DH can be a daycamp director
There are jobs in camps and bungalow colonies that
Offer bungalows.
Check help wanted.
Contact camps and bungalow colonies asking about jobs.

You could start by being a LOT more specific about what you're looking for.
And then in addition to posting that here, also tell literally everyone you know. Majority of these things get taken by word of mouth before they hit ads or anything and you never know who knows someone who knows someone who knows something.

Many camps do not offer on site accommodations for lifeguards and rebbaim.
