YESHASettler, wow, super shot. I love that smile. Almost a sneaky smile, you know??? Great cropping.

chayitty, you are like me with sewing machines!!! I want one and another and another. I am holding my breath for so long. Nikon is supposed to be unveiling the replacement for the D80, and everyone keeps saying it will be any day now. I love my camera, but find certain things limiting, like I only have 3 autofocus points.

Do you read the forums at dpreview? I bet when the new cameras are announced in the fall there will be a price drop on the existing ones. Which Rebel do you want? The older versions are so cheap now, compared to what they wanted when it first came out.

As far as the fish eye, you can achieve that look in ps. I know gimp has a button for it, as I did it with one of my son's pictures. I didn't do a great job, but I can post the pic for you if you want.

I dont even know wat kind of rebel I want...well ofcourse I want the highest model of the ones available...but do I really need it??...I'm the type that goes into the store and decides right over there!!...when I went to but my camera I was gonna go for the rebel xti...walked out with a 40d...I really know that they r all really good....hey just an idea maybe I can get 5d..or ahhh a mark model...and keep the 40d for out of studio use...that would be sweet

Yes greentiger, he's available. You don't even have to entertain him so much. When should I bring him? Oh, and just give him a sponga and a shmatta, he does floors as well.

He's very independant and willful and is a handful at times but usually a pleasure. We are nuts over him. We are nuts over all our kids... and then puberty strikes LOL

Having a birthday, especially a 9th one, is a serious business

I prepared dough out of 2 kg of flour for the kids to make pitot.....

...on this make-shift "taboun" which was an overtured wok on a twig and branch fire

A good time was had by all. Note the hard working boy, bottom right of the pic

I noticed her bathroom, as well. If I posted a picture of our tub area, people would probably pity me enough to send over some Tilex and a painter.
